Shelfies Return & Exchange Policy
- If you're not 100% happy with any Shelfies product, you can send it back within 60 days of the shipment date.
- Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.
- Custom Items, jewellery, mystery items, swimwear, foot glove socks, smartphone cases and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received, or may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
- Shelfies does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.
- Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds are received instantly.
- To return any product, please fill out the information below with your order number and email address.
- We recommend using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
- Please use Canada Post, USPS or any other postal carrier for shipping. We will not accept returns from couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) as these incur additional customs and delivery charges.
