Shelfies Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you're not 100% happy with any Shelfies product, you can send it back within 60 days of receiving it.
  • Products must be sent back unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived.
  • Custom Items (including Your Face), jewellery Mystery Items, swimwear (with sanitary tag removed), foot glove socks and giftcards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The item cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded once received, or may be exchanged for another item of equal value.
  • Shelfies does not cover return shipping fees unless an error was made on our end.
  • Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank, and PayPal refunds areĀ received instantly.

Return Shipping

  • WeĀ recommendĀ using a registered mail service with tracking to ensure delivery as we are notĀ liable forĀ items lost in transit.
  • Please use Canada Post, USPS or any otherĀ postal carrier for shipping. We will notĀ accept returns from couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) as these incur additional customs and delivery charges.
